Sara has been involved in the photographic industry all her working life, firstly working for Ilford Photo and subsequently Kodak. More recently she has been working as a photographer taking portraits and landscapes.
In her portrait work Sara tries to capture her subjects as naturally as possible, often working on location, particularly with children, where they are at their wonderful adventurous selves. Location shoots can take place in a variety of local parks and outdoor spaces. Alternatively, Sara is willing to consider additional locations you may have in mind.
Sara's current landscape work has stemmed from a desire to capture everyday scenes around us. Most of Sara's landscape images have been taken in South London where she lives. Some of these images have been reproduced as art cards and sold in the Dulwich Picture Gallery shop and other local retailers. Sara is also a contributor to Dulwich OnView, an online magazine where her photo essays of the local area can be seen.
